Enhanced graphics for S&ASRT!

Enhancements:
* Increased resolution and render distance of "high" shadow quality option.
* Motion blur permanently disabled.
* Ambient occlusion works without motion blur.
* Uncapped framerate when vsync is off. Fixes 56fps cap on systems with intel GPUs. Must cap to 60fps with e.g. Rivatuner.

* Improved graphics in splitscreen mode. It is now idential to single player mode, including model quality!
* Better texture quality: 16x anisotropic filtering and triliniear mipmapping are enabled by default.
* Disabled the useless and buggy occlusion culling.

To install:
1. Make a backup of the game EXE. Usually located in: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed\
2. Replace the game EXE with the one in the zip file.
3. If you want SMAA, also copy these files to the game folder:
d3d9.dll  injector.ini  SMAA.fx  SMAA.h

Notes:
* Select "high" shadow quality in graphics settings to enable better shadows.
* If you are using SMAA make sure to disable antialiasing in graphics settings.
* Use injector.ini to configure the SMAA quality.
* The motion blur graphics setting does nothing - it is always disabled.
* If you are experiencing a graphical bug with e.g. lava textures, redownload the mod as there has been a bug fix!
